The Pinkard Group, in partnership with Akridge and KTGY, celebrated the topping out of 1201 East Abingdon Drive, a 143-unit office-to-residential conversion in Alexandria’s Old Town North that will expand the community’s housing supply, including affordable units, when completed in 2027.
